Returns & Refunds — TrendVore
Damaged or Wrong Item

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, including clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs) where possible.

Change of Mind

As our items are shipped from overseas suppliers, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns. However, you may contact us, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged/Wrong Items: We will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change-of-Mind Returns: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received or approved by the supplier, refunds are processed within up to 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
