Processing time: 1–3 business days (order confirmation to dispatch).
Estimated delivery (after dispatch):

• UK / Europe: 4–8 business days

• USA / Canada: 10–16 business days

• Australia / New Zealand: 12–25 business days

• Rest of world: 14–30 business days
  

  Tracking: When your order is dispatched, we email you the tracking number. Use it to check the latest location of your parcel.
  Customs & Duties: International orders may sometimes face customs fees or import taxes — these charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to public holidays, customs inspections, or supplier issues. If tracking shows no updates for 14+ days, please contact us.
  Lost Parcels: If tracking has no movement for 30+ days or shows the parcel as lost, contact us — we will open a supplier claim.
